Brake Caliper Paint – Orange

One-part caliper paint engineered for a durable high-gloss finish on calipers and hubs. No mixing or primer needed. Withstands heat up to 220°C and resists brake dust, road salt, oil, and common cleaning chemicals for a long-lasting, easy-to-maintain finish.

Preparation

• Remove wheels per vehicle guidance.
• Wire-brush rust and debris; clean with brake parts cleaner and dry fully.
• Mask hoses, bleed screws, and rubber components if calipers remain fitted.
• Stir paint thoroughly before application.

Applying the Paint

• Apply thin, even coats; avoid runs.
• 30 minutes between coats.
• 2–3 coats for full coverage.
• 2 hours before refitting; do not drive for 24 hours.

Important Warnings

• Wear PPE; avoid dust inhalation.
• Do not paint discs, pads, or shoes.
• Do not use brake cleaner as engine degreaser.
• Not for components >220°C.
