Brake Caliper Paint – Graphite

Part Number: INPEBCP-GRA

High-performance one-part paint system specially developed for brake calipers and wheel hubs. No mixing, no hardeners, and no primer required — simply stir and apply. Provides a durable protective finish while enhancing the look of brake components. Resistant to corrosion, brake dust, road salt, oil, and cleaning chemicals, with heat resistance up to 220°C.

Preparation

• Remove wheels according to vehicle guidelines.
• Use a wire brush to remove rust, dirt, and loose debris from calipers or hubs.
• Clean thoroughly using a brake parts cleaner — remove all grease, dust, fluid, and oil.
• It is not necessary to remove calipers, but mask hoses, bleed screws, and rubber parts.
• Open tin and stir thoroughly before application.

Applying the Paint

• Ensure surfaces are dry before painting.
• Apply thin, even coats with the brush provided — avoid drips and runs.
• Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats.
• Apply 2–3 coats or until desired finish is achieved.
• Allow to dry for 2 hours before refitting wheels.
• Do not drive vehicle for 24 hours to ensure full curing.

Important Warnings

• Do not inhale brake dust – wear safety gear and work in a ventilated area.
• Do not paint brake discs, pads, or shoes. If contact occurs, clean or replace parts.
• Do not use brake cleaner as an engine degreaser.
• Not suitable for parts exceeding 220°C (turbos, manifolds, exhausts).
