Chassis Paint – Jet Black 500ml

High-performance enamel paint formulated to restore, refurbish, and protect chassis and underbody components. Provides a tough satin "factory finish" look while resisting oil, grease, fuel, chips, and road grime. Ideal for use on chassis, subframes, axles, suspension arms, floor pans, engine mounts, and other exposed metal parts.

Surface Preparation

• Ensure paint and part are at room temperature (15°C–25°C).
• Work in a warm, dry, dust-free environment.
• Remove loose rust, dirt, and debris with a wire/steel brush.
• Degrease thoroughly to remove all oil, grease, and road grime.
• Sand surface with medium–fine abrasive for improved adhesion.
• Mask off surrounding areas before painting.
• Ensure surface is clean and fully dry before painting.
• *If painting over alloy, apply a suitable etch primer first.

Application

• Stir paint thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before use.
• Apply with a brush in thin, even coats to prevent runs.
• Allow approx. 30 minutes drying time between coats.
• Apply 2–3 coats for full coverage and protection.
• Do not use the vehicle until the paint has fully cured (1–2 hours depending on temperature).
