Slime Inner Tube Sealant – 237ml

The Slime Inner Tube Sealant provides continuous puncture protection for up to two years. Using patented Fibro-Seal™ Technology, it instantly seals punctures up to 1/8" (3 mm) in inner tubes, preventing air loss and flat tyres. Ideal for bicycles, dirt bikes, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers, and other tube-type tyres.

Function

When a puncture occurs, escaping air carries Slime’s fibres directly to the hole, where they build up to form a long-lasting, flexible plug that blocks air loss instantly. The environmentally friendly formula is non-toxic, non-flammable, and water-soluble, making it safe, easy to use, and simple to clean.

Instructions

1. Position the tyre: Place the valve stem in the upper half of the wheel to make filling easier.
2. Remove the valve core: Use the tool built into the bottle cap to unscrew and remove the core. Air will escape as you do this.
3. Deflate the tyre completely so the sealant can flow in smoothly.
4. Remove the puncturing object such as a nail or thorn if visible.
5. Attach the hose: Connect the clear tube from the bottle to the valve stem. For Presta valves, use an adapter.
6. Inject Slime: Squeeze in the recommended amount (approx. 4 oz / 118 ml for a bicycle tyre).
7. Reinstall the valve core and tighten it securely.
8. Inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure.
9. Rotate the tyre several times to distribute the sealant evenly.

Note: Slime Tube Sealant is for inner tubes only and should not be used in tubeless or high-speed (over 45 mph) applications. Avoid using on sidewall punctures, rim leaks, or large gashes.
