Brushed Alloy Effect Protective Film

High-quality, durable self-adhesive film with a brushed alloy effect finish. Designed to personalise and protect both interior and exterior vehicle surfaces, this film guards against everyday chips, scratches, and scuffs while adding a modern metallic look. Suitable for flat and gently curved surfaces.

Important Installation Notes

• Do not fit in temperatures below 13°C (55°F).
• Warm the surface or work in a heated area if needed.
• Once applied, do not attempt to reposition the film.
• Allow adhesive to cure – avoid washing the vehicle for 3 days after installation.

Surface Preparation

• Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt, wax, grease, polish, oil, and moisture.
• Use a degreaser or cleaner safe for paintwork (white spirit or methylated spirits are suitable).
• If applying to interior panels, remove all traces of polish or silicone.
• Ensure the surface is fully dry before application.
• Do not stretch the film during fitting.

Fitting Instructions

For best results, create a paper or card template before cutting the film.

• Method A – Dry Fit: Cut to shape, peel back 1–2cm of the backing, fix down the exposed end, and smooth into place while removing air bubbles. Pop stubborn bubbles with a pin.
• Method B – Wet Fit: Spray a weak soapy solution onto both the film and surface. Position the film, adjust alignment, then use a squeegee to push out excess solution. Leave to dry fully once fitted.
