Description:
Liqui Moly Catalytic-System Cleaner is a specialized spray treatment designed to clean the intake valves and combustion chamber of gasoline engines, while protecting the catalytic converter from soot accumulation. It improves fuel combustion, reduces harmful deposits, and helps lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. The formula also provides corrosion protection for fuel system components and is ideal for preventive maintenance of modern gasoline engines.

Compatibility

Suitable for all gasoline engines with catalytic converters. For best results, follow up with Liqui Moly Catalytic-System Clean fuel additive (Part No. 7110) to maintain cleanliness across the entire fuel and exhaust system.

Application Instructions

1. Fill the product into a pump-spray bottle.
2. Pressurize the bottle according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Access the intake tract just behind the air-flow sensor (preferably post-turbocharger).
4. Start the engine and maintain a steady speed of 2,000–3,000 rpm.
5. Spray the cleaner in short bursts into the intake. Adjust the intervals as follows:

• If engine speed fluctuates more than 700 rpm, reduce spray duration.
• If no RPM fluctuation occurs, intervals may be slightly increased.

6. Monitor spray bottle pressure during application to ensure fine atomization.
7. Once complete, add Catalytic-System Clean fuel additive (Part No. 7110) to the fuel tank for full-system treatment.

Important Notes
This product does not remove manganese oxide-based deposits in catalytic converters. Always follow the specific usage guidelines. Use of unapproved dosing systems is at the operator's own risk.
