A/C Pro R134A Stop Leak SUPER SEAL

A/C Pro SUPER SEAL helps repair small metal and rubber leaks in R-134A automotive air conditioning systems. The advanced formula is moisture-activated, forming a durable internal seal as it circulates through the system with refrigerant. Ideal for sealing leaks in evaporators, condensers, compressors, and hoses without the need for costly dismantling.

Instructions:

1. Start the engine and set the A/C to maximum cooling on recirculate. Allow to run for 3 minutes to ensure compressor engagement.
2. Turn off the engine and A/C. Make sure the valve handle on the recharge hose is turned fully counter-clockwise (piercing stem up).
3. Attach the SUPER SEAL can to the recharge hose. Do not use a manifold gauge set.
4. Locate the A/C low-side service port (on the larger aluminium line between evaporator and compressor) and remove the dust cap.
5. Attach the coupler firmly to the low-side port. Never attempt to connect to the high-side port.
6. Turn the valve clockwise to pierce the can, then counter-clockwise to allow refrigerant movement for 10 seconds.
7. Shake the can lightly, start the engine, and set A/C to MAX COOL on recirculate.
8. Hold the can upside-down and dispense until empty. Disconnect hose and can, then flush the port immediately using A/C Pro R134A Recharge.
9. Allow the system to run for 15 minutes to circulate the sealant and refrigerant.
