Wynns HPLS (High Performance Lubricating System) Transmission Treatment & Stop Leak is a specialized additive formulated to restore performance and stop leaks in automatic transmissions. This advanced blend of seal conditioners, friction modifiers, and high-performance lubricants rejuvenates hardened seals, reduces wear, improves shift quality, and stops or reduces fluid leaks. Regular use extends transmission life, restores smooth operation, and helps prevent costly transmission repairs in both aging and high-mileage vehicles.

Storage & Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place in tightly closed original packaging. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Shelf life 5 years from production date.

How to Use

• Ensure transmission fluid is at normal operating temperature before application.
• Add entire contents of the bottle through the dipstick tube or fill port.
• One 325ml bottle treats most passenger car transmissions (with up to 8–10 litres of ATF capacity).
• Drive normally, cycling through all gears to allow full circulation.
• Results may begin to appear within 100–200 miles, with maximum benefit after 300–500 miles.
• For preventative maintenance: use with every other transmission fluid change.
• For active leaks: a second treatment may be applied after approx. 1,000 miles if necessary.

 

HPLS Transmission Treatment & Stop Leak is particularly effective for resolving fluid leaks, harsh shifting, slipping, and overheating issues without costly repairs. Best suited for aging and high-mileage vehicles where seal deterioration is common. Not recommended for CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions) or DCT (Dual Clutch Transmissions) unless explicitly specified on the packaging.
