The Sealey Thread Repair Master Kit M9 x 1.25mm is designed to create strong, durable internal threads in softer metals. It is perfect for repairing damaged or stripped threads and for protecting new tapped threads against wear. Supplied with all necessary tools and a selection of inserts, it ensures professional-quality results in workshop and automotive applications.

Instructions:

1. Drill out the damaged thread using the supplied drill bit.
2. Tap the newly drilled hole with the thread tap provided.
3. Load a thread insert into the installation tool.
4. Screw the insert into the prepared hole.
5. Use the lug breaking tool to remove the insert’s drive tang.
6. The thread is now fully repaired and ready to use.
