Wynns E10 Protector

Part Number: WYN38911

Wynns E10 Protector is a specialized fuel additive designed to combat the unique challenges of ethanol-blended fuels, particularly E10 (10% ethanol) gasoline. This advanced formula contains corrosion inhibitors, water dispersants, and fuel stabilizers that protect sensitive fuel system components from ethanol-related damage while improving fuel stability and performance. Regular use helps prevent corrosion, phase separation, and degradation while ensuring reliable engine performance with ethanol fuels.

Product Characteristics

  • Shields metal components from ethanol’s corrosive effects.
  • Disperses moisture to prevent phase separation in fuel tanks.
  • Stabilizes ethanol-blended fuel for longer storage life.
  • Conditions seals and gaskets against ethanol damage.
  • Reduces carbon buildup linked to ethanol combustion.
  • Helps maintain combustion efficiency and power output.
  • Contains detergents to clean ethanol-related deposits.
  • Ideal for vehicles stored for long periods or seasonal use.
  • Protects classic vehicles not originally designed for ethanol fuels.
  • Safe for motorcycles, boats, garden machinery, and small engines.

Storage & Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place in tightly closed original packaging. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Shelf life 5 years from production date.

How to Use

  • Add entire contents of the bottle to a nearly empty fuel tank.
  • Refill with up to 50 liters of E10 or other ethanol-blended fuel.
  • For ongoing protection: use every third tank of fuel.
  • For vehicles or equipment stored seasonally: add before storage and run the engine 10–15 minutes to circulate.
  • For older or ethanol-sensitive vehicles: use with every tank for maximum protection.

E10 Protector is especially valuable for classic cars, motorcycles, boats, and seasonal equipment not originally designed for ethanol fuels. It addresses ethanol’s tendency to attract water, corrode metals, and damage rubber and plastic components. With the widespread adoption of E10, this treatment is essential for preventing corroded tanks, clogged carburetors, and poor starting after storage. For maximum seasonal protection, combine with Wynns Fuel Stabilizer. Safe for catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, and all emissions control systems.
