Heavy duty locking wheel bolts featuring a robust free-spinning rotary ring that prevents the head from being gripped by tools, delivering an extra layer of anti-theft protection. Precision-manufactured from hardened and tempered steel with long-life anti-corrosion treatment, these bolts provide lasting security and durability. Computer-generated head designs allow hundreds of unique key combinations, and a key card is included for easy replacement ordering.

Fitting Instructions

• Verify thread/seat match and confirm your wheel brace fits the supplied key.
• Park on stable, level ground with the handbrake applied.
• Remove one original fixing from each wheel and compare thread/seat/length.
• Fit the TriLock key fully onto the bolt head; insert and tighten finger-tight.
• Ensure the key is fully engaged, then tighten using the wheel brace to the vehicle manufacturer’s torque setting.
• Do not use impact wrenches/air guns. Over-tightening may damage components and void warranty.
• Repeat for remaining wheels; re-check torque after the first 60 miles/100 km.

Important Information

• Always tighten to the vehicle manufacturer’s specified torque.
• Record and keep the key number from the key card for replacements/spares.
• Key/lock patterns may vary due to the wide range of combinations available.
