Micro Lock Lock Nut Set – M12x1.5

Thatcham Category 4 approved slim-head locking wheel nuts, engineered for tuner wheels with narrow fixing holes. With a compact 20.5 mm head and unique internal key pattern, these locks provide superior anti-theft protection and strength. Supplied with 17mm and 19mm adaptor sockets.

Fitting Instructions

• Check the wheel lock hex matches your wheel brace and keep the correct brace in the vehicle.
• Park on stable, level ground and apply the handbrake.
• Remove one original fixing from each wheel and compare with the lock nut.
• Ensure thread, seat type, and bolt length are identical.
• Fit the key onto the lock head, insert into the wheel, and tighten finger-tight.
• Fully engage the key and tighten with the wheel brace to manufacturer’s torque setting.
• Do not use impact tools; over-tightening invalidates warranty.
• Repeat for all wheels and re-check torque after 60 miles/100 km.

Important Information

• Always tighten to the manufacturer’s specified torque.
• Record and keep your key number safe for replacements.
• Never use pneumatic impact wrenches for installation or removal.
