High-viscosity polymer coating designed to prevent slipping on industrial belts and conveyors by providing a tacky, durable finish that increases grip, reduces noise, and improves power transmission.

Where to Use

• All types of conveyors and belts
• V belts
• Round belts
• Flat belts

Where Not to Use

• Directly on electrical/braking components or areas where a tacky film is undesirable
• Heavily cracked, excessively worn, or oil-soaked belts without prior inspection and cleaning

Instructions

• Isolate power and allow moving parts to stop before working on the drive.
• Clean belt and pulley contact areas to remove dust, oil, and glaze; allow to dry.
• Shake aerosol for 20–30 seconds.
• Hold 15–20 cm from the inner (drive) surface and apply a light, even coat while slowly rotating the belt by hand.
• Allow 5–10 minutes for solvent to flash off until surface is tacky, not wet.
• Test run at low speed. If slip persists, stop and apply a second light coat.
• Reapply during routine maintenance if slip/noise returns.
• To remove, wipe with a clean cloth and a suitable belt-safe degreaser; allow to dry before reapplication.

Safety: Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid overspray on floors or components where a tacky finish is undesirable. Follow site lock-out procedures.
