Self-adhesive door edge protection that helps prevent chips, knocks, and scratches caused by tight parking spaces, high kerbs, and everyday use. The flexible clear finish blends with bodywork, can be trimmed to size, and is suitable for both straight and gently curved door edges. Supplied in a 2 metre roll to cover most front and rear doors.

Fitting Instructions

• Thoroughly clean and dry the door edge where the guard will be fitted.
• Ensure the surface is free from oil, grease, wax, polish, dirt, dust, and moisture (use a paint-safe degreaser such as white spirit or methylated spirits).
• Measure and cut the guard to the required length using a sharp knife or shears; mitre neatly around sharp corners or mouldings if needed.
• If cold, gently warm the strip with a hair dryer to improve flexibility.
• Important: Do not stretch the guard during fitting.
• Peel back the liner and press the guard firmly onto the door edge to ensure full adhesive contact. Rub down firmly 3–4 times to maximise bond strength.
• Re-apply firm pressure after 1 hour and again after 24 hours.
• After fitting, carefully check door closure and clearance (door edge thickness may vary by vehicle).
