Nitrox™ Steel Weld is a powerful cooling system leak sealer formulated to permanently repair and seal leaks in head gaskets, radiators, cylinder heads, freeze plugs, heater cores and engine blocks. The unique anti‑rust, stay‑active formula mixes with all types of antifreeze, so there’s no need to flush the system first. It stops leaks fast while helping protect radiators from corrosion.

Application:

• Shake the bottle for 1 minute before use.
• Slowly pour into the radiator or expansion tank. If the system is hot, open caps with extreme caution.
• Run the engine until it reaches operating temperature to circulate the sealer through the cooling system.
• For systems up to 12 litres, this bottle is sufficient for two treatments.
• Keep container upright when transporting and storing.
• Note: Not recommended for Rover 825/827 models.
