A professional 9-piece pipe flaring and cutting kit, designed for reliable daily use in workshops. Suitable for cutting and flaring copper, brass, or thin-walled aluminium pipes (not steel). Includes a screw-type tube cutter with die-cast frame and integral deburring tool, plus a 45° flare press and seven double flare dies. Supplied in a durable storage case for portability and organisation.

Instructions

• Cut pipe squarely using the tube cutter and deburr the edges.
• Secure pipe in the clamp with the correct die size.
• Insert the flare die into the pipe end and fit the flare press over it.
• Screw down the press to form a single flare. For a double flare, remove the die and press again to fold the flare.
• Check the flare is symmetrical and free from cracks before use.
